When you’re stressed, down, scared or overwhelmed, I can help you understand why and help you figure out what you can do to feel better. Now that you hope therapy can help, I will talk with you about what’s going on and what your life has been like up to this point. Then we identify how and when you’ve managed other difficult times in your life and use what’s worked in the past combined with new ways of coping that I’ll teach you to help you feel back to your ‘normal’ self and frequently even better than that.

I’ve been a therapist for almost 30 years and have practiced in Bath for 23 years. I specialize in Grief and Loss issues, as well as working with people living with Life Threatening Illness. In addition, I treat depression and anxiety and help individuals and families with relationship issues.
